Al Masa Hotel El Sokhna

A cozy yet luxurious hotel, very clean and has good vibes. The staff is very nice and helpful especially the reception team; ahmed khaled, mohamed khaled and hassan moumtaz. Also the restaurant offers good food and the best chefs who will make you feel at home.

Location, staff, sea, good for family

Room size & cleanness, bathroom were clean , bed were comfortable even the extra bed that we asked for was comfortable, friendly polite and helpful staff , fast response to any request , they upgraded our room to suite for free, the pool was very nice with jacuzzi , wonderful breakfast.

Great hotel all around for a weekend. Beach is stone throw away. Nice pool. Kitchen and restaurant staff very nice especially Ragab and Emad. Ahmed and hassan in reception are exceptionally nice as well. Will definitely come back again.

Above and beyond would be an underestimation of the quality of this stay. Our stay here was exceptional in every way. The hotel is very close to cairo, the closet. The beach was sandy, clean, and amazing. The pool was really great, with the kids pool being slightly heated, and the jacuzzi area was fun to experience. The open buffet for both dinner and breakfast was very tasty, with abundance of choices, and I could easily tell that they use fresh chicken and beef not frozen like other hotels in Ain Sokhna. We were welcomed by Mr. Ahmad Khaled and Mr. Mahmoud Yousry with smiles and cold refreshing towels and welcome drinks. We were upgraded to a suite as a very nice gesture, and we loved our suite. Mr. Ahmed Abdelsattar is the most cheerful belll man I have encountered in any hotel; Thank you for your smile. Mr. Mustafa at the kids' area was also very friendly, and I enjoyed playing billiards with him. Once again, special thanks to Mr. Ahmad Khaled for taking our stay to a different level :)
